This is our beginning, it was the far 1940 in Rome in Piazza S. Chiara behind the Pantheon when Achilles Angele' assisted by his son Giorgio and his son in law Vito Romano opened this bar with a pastry shop and ice cream parlor. In 1947 came in support Giorgio jr. who is now the owner of the most famous pastry shop in Melbourne - Australia, "Brunetti"
